This Isn't A Food Recipe But It's The Only Recipe Mia & I Have Ever Used.  It Makes Great Play Dough.  Be Sure To Keep It In The Frig.

        Combine The Flour, Salt & Cream Of Tartar In A Pan.  Add The Food Coloring To The Water & Add The Oil To The Mixture, Slowly Combine It With The Flour Mixture.  Cook Over Low Heat Until The Dough Pulls Away From The Pan When Stirring.  Remove The Dough From The Pan Onto A Board Or Counter, Kneed Until Smooth.  Cool In A Plastic Bag.
